I’m Rani Mirabella, an education specialist committed to helping students grow with confidence, clarity, and care. With over 15 years of experience across diverse learning environments, I provide personalized online private tutoring to support learners of all backgrounds.

Teaching Philosphy

Every student can succeed when they are supported, understood, and taught in ways that honor their strengths. I believe learning begins when students feel seen, heard, and empowered. Children learn in different ways, so they need varied learning modalities to access and understand the curriculum. My goal is to create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment where every learner can grow with confidence and reach their full potential.

Academic Background

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Arts in Multicultural Education from the University of San Francisco. I also received my California teaching credential in Special Education from Brandman University. I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Educational Leadership at Saint Mary’s College of California.

From K–12 subjects to graduate-level writing, every service is designed to provide expert, personalized support

K–12 Subject Tutoring

One-on-one tutoring sessions for grades K–12 in numerous subjects. Whether your child needs homework help or long-term academic coaching, the focus remains on building consistent growth and measurable progress.

Business ESL

Sessions focus on improving verbal and written communication skills for multilingual professionals. Assistance with drafting, reviewing, and editing job-related documents is also provided.

College Prep: Essay and Resume

One hour of live coaching plus two rounds of written feedback on a resume or personal statement. The focus is on highlighting strengths, shaping a clear personal narrative, and presenting academic and extracurricular experiences effectively.

Graduate-level Tutoring

Individual sessions for graduate students in writing literature reviews, thesis, and research papers. The goal is to ensure that students build the critical thinking, analytical and synthesizing skills that are required by advanced-level courses.

Parent/Guardian IEP Coaching

Includes a one-hour initial meeting to review your child’s needs and current services, a comprehensive document review to identify strengths and gaps, and a second one-hour strategy session to discuss next steps and advocacy tools.
